I ran over to the Museum of Fine Arts when I was in Boston the other day to see the show of Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings. It was a small show, just a few dark rooms. The drawings were beautiful and it was so interesting to  learn about the tools and supplies he had (Mostly parchment, which was made with animal skin and the red chalk he used called sanguine.)
