The Perseid meteor showers are happening this week! Make sure to get out and see some shooting stars and make some wishes!.
I slept out in my bug tent last night and hoped to watch the stars shining by for hours, but I fell asleep after I saw 5 or so lighting up the dark sky. Then I slept through the bird song mania until 7am. I guess I was tired!
It’s a great time of the month for star-gazing and meteor-shower-watching because it’s the new moon and the sky is dark which makes star gazing much more dramatic.
